Mary-Kim Arnold is an artist and writer.
A transnational, transracial Korean-born adoptee, her text and textile work explore themes of hybridity, dislocation, racial and cultural identity, and gender.
She is the author of Litany for the Long Moment (Essay Press, 2018) and The Fish & The Dove (Noemi Press, 2020).
Recent work includes the collaborative performance, Courtyards: Pansori Loop, at the Brown Arts Institute and Customs, on display in the Imagining Social Justice exhibition at Brown University’s Center for the Study of Race & Ethnicity in America.
